The Scandinavia Village Board will hold its monthly meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, in the Community Room of the Municipal Center at 349 North Main Street.

Board members will discuss and possibly act on several local issues, including zoning and sewer infrastructure updates, a request from the Scandinavia Booster Club, and new business related to Vikings Baseball.

Under unfinished business, trustees will review progress on zoning regulations and sewer system matters, along with any developments involving the Humane Society of Waupaca County.

In new business, the board will consider a six-month beer license application and operator licenses for Vikings Baseball. Additional items include non-profit financial statements, compensation for the dam operator, and a proposed procedure for recurring billing and invoices.

The agenda also includes public comment time, during which the Scandinavia Booster Club is scheduled to appear. Routine matters such as approval of the May agenda, April minutes, and 2026 organizational meeting minutes will precede the discussion items. The board is expected to approve bills, verify cash fund balances, and review year-to-date financials before adjourning.

All items listed on the agenda are scheduled for discussion and possible action.
