The Village of Iola Revitalization Committee will vote on a business grant application for LittleWolf Gallery during its upcoming meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 28.
The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. at the Village of Iola Hall, 180 S. Main St. Under the leadership of committee Chair Alan Bauer, officials and community representatives will gather to discuss key community development initiatives and outdoor planning projects that will shape the village’s growth.
The session will focus on the “Spruce Up” business grant program. Members will review the application submitted by LittleWolf Gallery before voting to either approve or deny the funding request.
In addition to the grant decision, Greg Loescher will update the committee on the Farmers Market event held on Oct. 3. The committee will also review broader community progress reports, including updates on the “Revitalizing Iola-Growth That Fits Iola” initiative and the village’s Outdoor Recreation Plan.
The panel consists of committee members Jennifer Schustek, Heather Hoyord, Joe Opperman, and Loescher. Community representatives Chris Nelson, Holly Neumann, Meagan Melum, Tammie Jo Berg, and Pat Loken will join them.
Under Wisconsin statutes, the meeting is open to the public and will follow Robert’s Rules of Order. Before adjourning, attendees will discuss any additional committee business and schedule their next meeting date and time.
