Join Wisconsin Farmers Union for an inaugural Farm Climate Smart WI event! Farm Climate Smart WI, a new collaborative project to empower Northeast Wisconsin farmers to implement climate-smart agriculture practices, is set to host an educational event at the Oshkosh Food Co-Op on Monday, March 25, from 6-7:30 p.m.

The event, Growing Climate Smart Agriculture in Northeast Wisconsin, will feature a meet and greet with the Wisconsin Farmers Union, a presentation about climate-smart agriculture and the new Farm Climate Smart WI project, and a Q&A session. This event is free, family-friendly, and open to the public. Register here.

The Farm Climate Smart WI project will support farmers by connecting them to innovative tools, knowledge, and resources that help them to remain resilient in the face of climate and market changes. Wisconsin Farmers Union is specifically working with small, mid-sized, and underserved farmers who are interested in employing climate-smart practices by organizing and convening events, conducting regional outreach, peer education, and networking between farmers.
