OVERLOOKED: With U.S. Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-Green Bay) leaving Congress this month, some of the work he promised to do has fallen by the wayside. A case in point is renaming the Manawa post office after Melvin O. Handrich, a Medal of Honor recipient, died in Korea. Gallagher had intended on bringing the bill to the floor in August.
