Run jointly by the Scandinavia Public Library, Sturm Memorial (Manawa) Library, and the Waupaca Area Public Library, all located in Waupaca County, Wisconsin, the Whale of a Tale Book Group focuses on reading long, classic books together.

The group is open to readers everywhere!

From Feb. 24 through April 21, the book to be read is “The Three Musketeers” by Alexandre Dumas.

A reading goal will be set for each week’s meeting, with a virtual meeting taking place on Zoom every Thursday at 10 a.m. beginning on Feb. 24.

Members don’t need to have read all the way to the reading goal to attend the meeting, nor do they need to attend every meeting, but the more people who read and attend, the better our conversations will be!

Expect spoilers for events happing up to the reading goal, but please avoid dropping spoilers if you read past that week’s goal.
