SCHOOL BUS ACCIDENT CITATIONS: The driver of the pickup that struck a school bus in the Town of Royalton last week has been issued four citations: Reckless driving endangering safety, failure to stop for a school bus, operating while suspended, and non-registration of a motor vehicle, trailer, semitrailer or other vehicle. The fines amount to $1,676.80.
