NEW HOPE HOMICIDE: Investigators have released the identities of the victims and the suspect in a double homicide and officer-involved shooting Sunday night in Portage County. Read the WSAW-TV story here.

HOUSEHOLD INCOME: Wisconsin’s median household income is $73,014, which ranks 20th out of the states. To be considered middle class in the state, a family needs an income of $67,000. STATE SUPREMES RULE FOR EXECUTIVE: The Wisconsin Supreme Court cleared the way Tuesday for the state to institute a ban on conversion therapy. The court ruled that a Republican-controlled legislative committee’s rejection of a state agency rule that would ban the practice of conversion therapy for LGBTQ+ people was unconstitutional. The lawsuit brought by Evers targeted two votes by the joint committee. One deals with the Department of Safety and Professional Services’ conversion therapy ban. The other vote blocked an update to the state’s commercial building standards. Read the WMTV story here.
