What a busy and exciting day today! This morning I was able to give Oaths to 4 fantastic people working in the Office!
I am pleased to welcome Deputy Benjamin Bigelbach. Deputy Bigelbach comes to us with a lot of knowledge and experience. I am so excited to see where this career takes him. Welcome!
After the retirement of Captain Todd Rasmussen, I realized I had some very big shoes to fill. Captain Kyle Wiskirchen I know will keep the patrol division running smoothly and consistently. I knew right away that he was the man for the job! Congratulations!!
With that promotion, I had another position quite important within this Office to fill. Patrol Lieutenant. With the substantial amount of knowledge Lieutenant Andy Thorpe has of how the Office runs and the experience he holds is of significant importance in his new role and career within Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office. I thank you LT, you’ll do fantastic.
Then, I now have a Patrol Sergeant position to fill. Let me introduce you to Sergeant Graham Barden. Sergeant Barden is excited to contribute his knowledge and experience within his new role as Sergeant. There is something to be said about someone who shows leadership no matter what rank you hold. Congratulations Sergeant Graham Barden!
