Board revamps noise ordinance

Village of Scandinavia Trustee Becky Morgan filed notice on Feb. 13 that she will no longer be a candidate for the office in the April 2 election.

She was nominated for reelection at the Jan. 9 caucus and reconvened caucus on Jan. 19.

In other business, the village passed a revamped Public Nuisance: Noisy Animals ordinance 24-01 below.
