The Village of Iola Park’s Committee will convene on Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 4 p.m. in the Clerk’s Office to discuss several key issues, including an update on broken playground equipment at Taylor Field and early preparations for the upcoming “Christmas in the Park” event.

Committee members, chaired by Rick Meyers and joined by Pamela Parks and Alan Bauer, will review the results of the recent brat fry and bake sale held on Aug. 24.

In addition to addressing these agenda items, the committee is expected to allow public presentations, provided that speakers limit their remarks to two minutes or less. The meeting will conclude with scheduling the next gathering and any other business that may arise. The public is encouraged to attend and participate in the discussions.
