LIONS MEETING: The Iola Lions will meet on Monday, Feb. 19, at 5:30 p.m. at the Crystal Café. The speaker will be Debi Delie from Leader Dog for the Blind.

BLOOD DRIVE: The next Iola Lions/Red Cross Blood Drive is slated for Wednesday, Feb. 7, from noon-5 p.m. at the Iola-Scandinavia Fitness and Aquatic Center. Register at 1-800-redcross or redcrossblood.org. Walk-ins are “likely” accepted.

SNOWMELT CONTEST: The Iola Lions’ Snowmelt Contest I son! Entries can be submitted at oniolapond@tds.net, or by texting 715-445-2226. Name and date of open water are needed! HITTERDAHL LUTHERAN SERVICES: Ash “Wednesday” and Lenten Services will be held this year on Tuesdays beginning Feb. 13. The church will have a light supper at 5 p.m. and worship in the Sanctuary at 5:45 p.m. Join the congregation in person or online.
