The Scandinavia Town Board met on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at the Scandinavia Municipal Center and via web conference. Public in attendance was Trey Foerster.
Frank Bauer made a motion to approve the agenda. Motion was seconded by Bryan Fuhs. Motion carried

Mike Mazemke provided the Treasurer’s report for October 2021. Frank Bauer made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion was seconded by Bryan Fuhs. Motion carried.

Highway 49 (Scandinavia to Iola) project scheduled for 2022.
Humane Officer – will continue to look for someone to fill this position. The Waupaca County Humane Society will be contacted, and an ad will be placed in the paper. Dave Heise owes us half of his salary back because he moved out of state in June. He will be contacted.

Planning/Zoning: Frank Bauer made a motion to accept the application for the Sandra Disher property (parcel 17-27-23-1) proposing to amend the zoning from Private Recreation and Forestry (PVRF) to Rural Residential Overlay (RR-O) district and proposing, as well as a Zone Map Amendment proposing to split off a two-acre parcel from the property around the dwelling. Motion was seconded by Bryan Fuhs. Motion carried.

Motion was seconded by Bryan Fuhs. Motion carried.
Frank Bauer made a motion to approve the payment of bills presented including: Village of Scandinavia (November expenses), Wisconsin Towns Association (supplies), Waupaca County Treasurer highway expense), and Waupaca County Treasurer (election expense). Motion was seconded by Bryan Fuhs. Motion carried.
Correspondence from the following was reviewed: Land Use Permit Applications from William Luy, and C.B. Kidz LLC, Notice of Intent to Cut Wood Products from Gene and Camille Nowakowski JT IR Trust, and John Olson.
The December 2021 Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 8, at 5:30 p.m. at the Scandinavia Municipal Center.
