Planning/Zoning: Application for the Sandra Disher property parcel 17-27-23-1) proposes to amend the zoning from Private Recreation and Forestry (PVRF) to Rural Residential Overlay (RR-O) district and proposing, as well as a Zone Map Amendment proposing to split off a two-acre parcel from the property around the dwelling.

Planning/Zoning: Application for the Karl and Theresa Boddy property (parcel 17-30-34) proposes to amend the zoning from Public Recreation and Forestry (PURF) to Agriculture Retention (AR) and part of parcel 17-30-31-4 to amend the zoning from Agriculture Enterprise (AE) to Rural Residential Overlay (RR-O) district and proposing, as well as a Zone Map Amendment proposing to split off a two-acre parcel from the property around the dwelling.
