New Business: Community Room, Appointment of Erik Sheppelman to Planning Commission;

Planning/Zoning: Application for the Thomas and Deborah Knauer Revocable Trust property (parcel 17-01-72-25) will need to have a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Farmland Preservation area to Rural Residential Overlay (RRO) district, as well as, a Zone Map Amendment proposing to split off a two-acre parcel from the property around the dwelling.
