The Town of Iola will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 26, at 6 p.m. in the town hall concerning approval of an amendment to the comprehensive plan and a Zone Map amendment application.

The purpose of the amendment and map change is to combine a purchased piece of property with the rest of the land.  For the combination to happen both parcels need to be zoned the same.

Copies of the plan or amendment are available for inspection prior to the hearing by contacting Ryan Brown, Planning & Zoning director, at 715-258-6258 during normal business hours (8 a.m.-4 p.m.).  Written comments will also be accepted at Town of Iola, E1341 Madson Rd., Iola, WI 54945, until the Date and Time of Town Board Meeting.
