The Town of Iola Planning Commission will meet on Monday, Oct. 31, at 6 p.m. in the town hall at 170 Depot Street, Iola.

The meeting will be to consider a conditional use permit for Gary Grenke and Joann Noah property located at E1881 Lake Shore Drive, parcel number 9-26-71-29.

The applicant is proposing to build a dwelling (warming shelter) that is less than 22 feet wide. The Waupaca County Zoning Ordinance Section 6.5.2 requires a conditional use permit for any dwelling that is less than 22 feet wide.
