The Town of Iola Board met on June 28 in the Town Hall.
Chairman Sprangers called the meeting to order at 6 p.m.
Board Members present were: Mark Sprangers, Bruce Faldet, Josh Franchuk, Denis Walter, and Steve Madson. Others present – Nancy Camber, Fred Guyant and Bob Lundt.
Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to approve the agenda for the meeting. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried.
Supervisor Faldet made a motion to approve the minutes from May Plan Commission meeting. Supervisor Franchuk seconded the motion and it carried.

Old Business
Hofman Lane – Three residents on Hofman Lane attended the meeting to follow up on April Meeting. They are still looking into what options they may have and to discuss further with the board.
New Business
Waupaca County Hazardous Mitigation Plan Resolution. The board approved the resolution 3-0.
2021 Coronavirus Recovery Funds. Clerk Madson informed the board that we have received the first payment. A separate account will be set up for the funds until the board determines what they will be used for. A second payment will arrive around the same time in 2022.
Supervisor Faldet updated the board on mowing of the roads and the tractor rental. We are renting from Riesterer and Schnell.
Clerk Madson informed the board land use permits for Bruce and Elaine Goetz for a shed/deck, James Cook and Samantha Jones for a honey extracting facility, Carmen and Mark Peskie for basement reconstruction, shoreland permits for Ralph and Theresa Vannett for a shed, and Shirley Zalewski Trust for an accessory structure, cutting notice for Grant Rural Rentals.
Audit of the town books was done by Supervisor Faldet and Supervisor Franchuk.
Supervisor Franchuk made a motion to pay the monthly bills. Supervisor Faldet seconded the motion and it carried.
