New Business

A section of Swamp Road that had washed out because of the recent heavy rains was repaired. East Bestul Road also had some ongoing washing out issues. Several residents from the Moon Lake Retreat Road area were present to voice their concerns over how bad of shape that Road was in. It has also washed out and has several potholes in the blacktop. Jeff Oppor of the board said he would inspect the road and then the board would look into the repairs as the budget allows. More likely the work could be scheduled for next spring.

Chip Sealing has been completed on the three roads mentioned last month. The Town tractor needed some repairs and were completed.

Cross Road had some cracks that needed repairs to help save the road from further winter damage, so a motion was made by Jeff Oppor, second by Gary Chich to approve these repairs at a cost of $8,000.

Gary Prill, from the Plan Commission, had nothing new to report.

The picnic tables and floor had been cleaned of the mess made by birds.
