The Town of Helvetia Board met on Tuesday, March 5, in the town hall.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jeff Oppor at 7 p.m. Town board members were present excluding Doug Hines. There were nine town residents also in attendance.
Oppor received a bid for stripping and waxing the floor of the town hall from Ponto’s Cleaning for $775. A motion was passed to have this completed.
Electrical outlets are to be installed when Tom Ostrowski has time.
The Boelter Road sign is up.
The annual meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 16, at 7 p.m.
The road seal coating bid was accepted for Scott’s at $92816.
There was a discussion regarding doing additional chip seal/repair.
Tractor maintenance is to be completed by Justin Hintz, Mike Grassl, and Kelly Land.
