The Town of Helvetia Board met on Tuesday, Jan. 2, at 7 p.m. in the town hall.

A motion to approve Vicki Carlson as the new town hall cleaning person was passed.

The new building inspector, Rodney Schoepke, is at the Waupaca County Zoning office and can be contacted by phone at 608-617-9253 or by email at rschoepke@generalengineering.net

The new plumbing fixtures have been installed in the Town Hall. Electrical outlets are needed in the basement and closet. A motion was passed to contact Shoemaker companies to add outlets.

Moen Road will be seal coated blacktopped this year and repairing the South end of Swamp Road will also be included.

Gary Prill, of the Plan Commission, was not present.
