The regular monthly meeting for the Town of Harrison was held at Northland Church on Monday, May 13, 2024.

Chairman Dean Lashua called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Present at the meeting were Rose Troast, Brandon Schuster, Arnie Kaminski, John Phillips, Mike Schultz, Carrie Powell, and Fran Moen.

The Treasurer’s report was given.  The beginning balance on April 1, 2024, was $155,826.97.  Deposits for the month totaled $37,407.59 and the total expenditure was $64,679.67 leaving a balance of $128,554.89 in the checkbook on April 30, 2024. The money market account collected $14.11 in interest and had an ending balance of $107,320.97. The ARPA account has a balance of $7623.75.

New Business

The Board received a request to change the date of the monthly meeting. The Board investigated the things that would have to be done to change the date of monthly meetings. A motion was made by John Phillips and seconded by Mike Schultz and carried to leave the Town Board monthly meetings as is. Meetings will continue to be held at 6:30 p.m. on the second Monday of the month.

Bartender licenses were issued to Adam Garvey, Cynthia Berry, Claude Berry, and Kyleigh Muench.

Calls and concerns received by the Board during the month were discussed.
