The regular monthly meeting for the Town of Harrison was held on Monday, July 11, at Northland Church.

Dean Lashua called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Present at the meeting were John Phillips, Mike Schultz, Jon Ann Kasson and Fran Moen.

The minutes from the previous meeting were read. A motion was made by Mike Schultz and second by John Phillips to accept the minutes as read. Motion carried.

The Treasurer’s report was given. The beginning balance on June 1, was $195,908.48. Deposits for the month totaled $50,428.33 and the check and withdrawal totaled $65,988.56 leaving a balance in the general fund of $180,348.25. The money market had a beginning balance of $60,078.88. Interest collected was $7.65 leaving the balance at $62,086.53. The ARPA account had a beginning balance of $23887.98. (A sum of) $23825.00 was transferred to the general fund and $8.05 was collected in interest leaving the balance at $71.03.

New Business

A motion was made by John Phillips and second by Mike Schultz to transfer the second half of the ARPA monies received from the State that totaled $23,864.43 to the ARPA saving account. Motion carried.

Calls and concerns received by the board during the month were discussed.
