The regular monthly meeting for the Town of Harrison was held on Monday, April 13, at Northland Church.
Present at the meeting were Ann Cassamassa, Mike Schultz, and Fran Moen.
Chairman Dean Lashua called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
The Clerk’s minutes from the previous meeting were read. A motion was made by Ann Cassamassa and second by Mike Schultz to accept the minutes as read. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s report was given. The beginning balance on March 1, was $126,159.23. Deposits for the month totaled $36.87 and the total of expenditures for the month was $13,445.44 leaving a balance in the account on March 31 of $112,750.66. The beginning balance in the Money Market account was $31,878.81 and the interest collected for the month was $10.79. The ending balance in the account is $31,889.60.
Old Business
A contract was presented and accepted by Paul A. Hahn to be the Building inspector for the Town of Harrison for the year of 2020.
New Business
A motion was made by Mike Schultz and second by Ann Cassamassa to offer a contract to Dave Hiese to be in charge of Animal Control in the Township. Motion carried.
Calls and concerns received by the Board during the month were discussed.
