PICNIC IN THE PARK: Iola’s Sunrise Fellowship will hold a Picnic in the Park at Ingval Olson Park on Sunday, Sept. 7, at 9 a.m. to celebrate its first anniversary. Worship will follow breakfast at 9 a.m. All are welcome.

COMMUNITY PRIDE SIGNS: Community-wide Thunderbird Pride yard signs are available for $20 each. If you would like one, you can get yours from Coach Bockhop at the middle school/high school. Coach Berg will have some signs at the elementary school.
REC ASSOCIATION: The Iola-Scandinavia Recreation Association meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 3, at 6 p.m. at Rustic Grill at Glacier Wood. Come see what ISRA is about, ask questions, or get involved!

IOLA-SCANDINAVIA SCHOOL DISTRICT: The Iola-Scandinavia School District is seeking a Full-Time Aide to support both the Middle/High School Library and Special Education programs. The position includes assisting with daily library operations in the morning and working with special education students and staff in the afternoon.
