The 8th annual Thunderbird Golf Outing that is scheduled for Saturday, June 11, is rescheduled to Saturday, July 16.

The I-S Thunderbird Baseball Facebook page post indicated, “With the Thunderbird softball team making it to state, there is a possibility that they would play on Saturday June 11.

Our outing is filled with T-Bird fans (or relatives of softball players) and we would lose 20-plus teams to go support. We had to make the decision sooner to allow the golf course time to fill in tee times for Saturday and to let the Iron Grille know for food purposes. We currently have 30 teams signed up, please let Jon Berg know if your team can still make the outing July 16 or send a message to the Thunderbird Baseball Facebook page.
