Recent funding projects by the Thunderbird Booster Club have totaled $10,262.
These projects include: Hudl contribution $2,000, cross country & track tent/canopy (with I-S logo) $2,378, Pep Band t-shirts $584.13, ISFAC Anniversary Breakfast & Support $400, 3D printer for Middle School/High School art student $2,000, DECA: $800, and Spanish Trip $2,100.
A total of $4,162.50 was transferred to concession volunteers. This money will help students save for trips to Puerto Rico and Florida in the spring of 2022 or future trips.
In fall, the Booster Club paid for printing of posters for cross country, football, and volleyball teams. Posters are being created for girls’ and boys’ basketball teams as well. They will be distributed around Iola and each athlete is given one or two to keep.
