There will be free sandbag classes conducted by the U.S. Army of Engineers.

The first class will be on Tuesday, March 3, at 6:30 p.m. in the New London City Garage, 1306 W. Wolf River Road.

The second class will be on Wednesday, March 4, at 6:30 p.m. at Fremont Village Hall (behind in the parking lot), 317 Wolf River Drive.
