Noah Kruzitski, 600 Water St, Iola, WI 54945: Dirt berm approximately 92’ long by 8’ wide at bottom and 2’ wide at top; Conditional use for berm and taller Pampas Style Grass to create a barrier.

Adjourn into Closed Session (roll call vote): Village property discussion. Adjourn into closed session under Wisconsin Code of the Village of Iola Ordinance 62-11 D. Closed meetings.  The provisions of this Code do not prohibit the Board or any committee thereof from having a closed meeting which is legally convened and legally held in a room in said building other than the official meeting room or in some other building in the village.
