American Legion Sheveland-Taylor Post 14 reactivates Blue Star Banner program

Parents of active military personnel may qualify for the Blue Star Banner, according to Lyle Mork of Iola-Scandinavia’s American Legion Sheveland-Taylor Post 14. Iola’s Welch signs with Baltimore Ravens

According to Chad Leistikow of the Des Moines Register, former Iowa linebacker Kristian Welch has agreed to a deal with the Baltimore Ravens. Welch recorded 44 tackles, three sacks, and forced one fumble as a senior for the Hawkeyes. Welch will join former Iowa safety Geno Stone in Baltimore.
