Children’s Easter Party April 16

There will be an Easter Party for children through 3rd Grade on Saturday, April 16. The event will be held at the Iola-Scandinavia Elementary School from 1-2:30 p.m. Children can meet the Easter Bunny and there will be games, prizes, an egg hunt, and more.

Iola Dog Park Calendar Raffle tickets now available

An organized committee interested in the creation of a dog park within the Village of Iola is conducting a Calendar Raffle. Only 1,000 tickets will be sold at $20 each. Memory Sky Lantern Release May 28

A fundraiser for defibrillators in Scandinavia will be held on Saturday, May 28, at dusk at Silver Lake Lanes. The $20 per lantern will go towards the Saving Lives Community De-Fibs Project. For further information call 715-467-2700. Following the lantern release, Desperate Ottos will play until midnight.
