The Scandinavia Town Board will convene its monthly meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 11, at 5:30 p.m. at the Scandinavia Municipal Center, where members will address key infrastructure updates, zoning applications, and old business resolutions to guide local development and maintenance efforts.

Board members will begin the session with the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by approval of the agenda, review of the clerk’s minutes, and presentation of the treasurer’s report.

The Planning Commission will deliver its report, after which the board will discuss road issues affecting the township.

Under old business, the board will revisit the Vandyke Junk/Salvage Yard and Ron Gavin Junk/Salvage Yard matters, along with concerns involving Randy Stuczynski on Oak Ridge Road.

Members will receive an update on the Knauer Conditional Use Permit, consider the Iola Ambulance Service’s plans for a new ambulance in 2027, and evaluate options for the Municipal Center parking lot.

The board will also address open positions on the Town of Scandinavia Board and Planning Commission.

In new business, representatives from the School District of Waupaca will present information on the April 7 school district referendum.

The board will set a date for the annual meeting and review the bi-annual bridge inspection from the Waupaca County Highway Department, and the annual road inspection from the same department.

Planning and zoning discussions will include an application for a zone map amendment from David and Barbara Nelson on parcel 17-22-31-1. The board will further consider an application for comprehensive plan and zone map amendments from Steven Altedorf on parcel 17-02-41-2.

Additional agenda items will cover payment of bills, review of correspondence, and a public input session limited to three minutes per speaker.
