
The Scandinavia Town Board will convene for its monthly meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 14, at 5:30 p.m. at the Scandinavia Municipal Center in Scandinavia, Wisconsin. The board will review routine reports, discuss ongoing road and property matters, consider updates on conditional use permits and emergency services, and handle new administrative items.
The meeting will open with the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by approval of the agenda. The board will then review the Clerk’s Minutes from the previous meeting and receive the Treasurer’s Report.
A Planning Commission Report will provide updates from the commission. Under road issues, the board will discuss matters related to town roadways.
Old Business
In old business, the board will take up the Vandyke Junk/Salvage Yard, the Ron Gavin Junk/Salvage Yard, and the Randy Stuczynski Oak Ridge Road matter.
The board will receive an update on the Knauer Conditional Use Permit (CUP).
Discussion will include plans for the Iola Ambulance Service New Ambulance scheduled for 2027.
The board will address the Municipal Center Parking Lot. The Town of Scandinavia Board and Planning Commission Open Positions will be considered.
The new business will feature approval of bills and review of correspondence.
The agenda provides for public input, limited to three minutes per speaker.
The board will receive information on a backup laptop.
