The board continued its efforts to fill open positions on the town board.

In new business, the board approved the appointment of Jay Scharer to the Planning Commission. It also planned to present a Protect Local Roads Resolution for consideration at the April meeting and set a date for the Board of Review in upcoming discussions.

The board approved payment of presented bills, including expenses to the Village of Scandinavia, Waupaca County Treasurer for election costs, Office Outfitters, MPIC, and Rural Mutual Insurance Company.

Correspondence reviewed included a land use permit application from John Bartel. No public input was offered.

The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 8, at 5:30 p.m. at the Scandinavia Municipal Center.
