Ronald Norman Heschke

Ronald Norman Heschke, 84, of Iola, Wisconsin, went to his heavenly home on Monday, April 7, 2025.

He was born on July 1, 1940, in Antigo, Wisconsin, to Eldor and Lydia (Legro) Heschke.

Ronald married Margaret (King) Heschke on July 2, 1966, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Phlox, Wisconsin.

Ron enjoyed woodworking, farming, working on vehicles and machinery, fixing things, hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors with his family

He is survived by his wife, Margaret; son, Tim (Scott Garland) Heschke; grandchildren, Josh (Alison) Heschke, Katie (Clever) Preste; and great-grandson, Jace Preste. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Tom Heschke; and daughter-in-law, Peggy Heschke.

A Memorial Service for Ron will be held at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola on Tuesday, April 15, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Dale Wilson officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at the funeral home from 9-10:45 a.m. The interment of cremains will be in the St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Cemetery in Waupaca, Wisconsin, on Wednesday, April 16, at 11 a.m.
