Dine-in and carry-out dinners available

The Iola-Scandinavia Girls Softball Team will be hosting their very popular RIBFEST dinner on Sunday, March 2, at Silver Lake Lanes in Scandinavia. Dinners will be served from 1-5 p.m. Dine-in and carry-out dinners are offered. This is the 20th RIBFEST dinner.
A full-rack rib dinner is $30. It is the same rib used last year: a pre-cooked smoked St. Louis-style pork spare rib. The response from last year’s ribs was excellent!
All dinners are served in to-go containers, but you may dine in or carry-out. Besides the full rack of ribs, the menu will include a baked potato, baked beans, coleslaw, fresh bread, and a chocolate brownie dessert.
It is highly recommended to purchase your tickets in advance. Over 400 dinners have been served each of the past few years and is very close to selling out. Tickets may be purchased from any softball player, coach, or at Silver Lake Lanes. Tickets may also be purchased by calling 715-445-2411, Ext. 5000 and leaving a message or by emailing andersont@iola.k12.wi.us
Money raised will help fund future spring training trips and the needed softball equipment.
