In a nail-biting encounter during Week 13 of the Badger Amateur Baseball Association South Central Division, the Plover Pterodactyls secured a narrow 9-8 victory over the Scandinavia Vikings.

Winning pitcher Wyatt Blaskowski put on an outstanding performance on the mound, recording 4 strikeouts and leading the Plover Pterodactyls to victory. On the other hand, losing pitcher Cyle Zblewski couldn’t prevent the Vikings from suffering a close defeat.

The Plover hitters played a crucial role in their team’s triumph, with Kevin Malnory leading the way, going 4-for-5 at the plate and delivering an impressive 4 RBIs. Gavin Renwick also contributed significantly, driving in 3 RBIs to further bolster Plover’s offense.

For the Vikings, Landon Moe went 3-for-5 at the plate, including a triple, and managed to drive in two runs for his team. Braden Hunkins also had a solid performance, going 2-for-3. And lastly, Ben Lee contributed with a 2-for-5 record in the game.
