Orville K. Larson
April 19, 1932 – September 16, 2022

Orville K. Larson, age 90, of Rosholt, Wisconsin, passed away on Friday, Sept. 16, 2022, at home with his family by his side.
He was born on April 19, 1932, in Town of Harrison, Waupaca County, Wisconsin, to the late Jens Larson and Anna (Brandt) Larson.
Orville married Ramona Fredrick on Sept. 7, 1957. She preceded him in death on Feb. 7, 2019.
Orville was a part of the National Guard for many years before meeting his wife. Together the raised four children and rejoiced in eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Orville worked hard in life as the owner of Larson Builders which allowed him to do the work he loved building homes. He had a hand in the Rosholt Lions Club and Rosholt Fair Board for many, many years. Over the years Orville enjoyed old cars, motorcycling, snowmobiling, fishing, and golfing. Orville loved his yearly trips to Florida with his late wife.
Orville is survived by his children: Susan Opperman of Amherst Junction, Wisconsin, Kathleen Page of Rosholt, David (Michelle) Larson of Rosholt; 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; sisters: Doris Stoltz of Waukesha, Wisconsin, and Vernice Branson of California. Orville was preceded in death by his parents, son Scott Larson, and son-in-law John Opperman.
The Funeral Service for Orville will be held on Friday, Sept. 23, at 11 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church in Rosholt with Rev. Michael Peuse officiating. Visitation will be held Friday 10-10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Alban Lutheran Cemetery in the Town of Alban, Portage County, Wisconsin.
