Marlene J. Reek

August 10, 1934 – April 26, 2022

Marlene J. Reek, age 87, of Kaukauna, Wisconsin, formerly of Iola, Wisconsin, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022.

She was born on Aug. 10, 1934, in Nebraska, daughter of the late John and Helen Riley.

On April 14, 1962, she married William Reek in Villa Grove, Illinois. He preceded her in death on March 11, 2004.

Marlene embraced a non-denomination Christian faith. She enjoyed helping her husband with their feed mill business and assisting him with their hobby farming. She also enjoyed writing letters, reading, and visiting with friends and neighbors.

Marlene is survived by her stepdaughters Caroline (Curt) Swenson, Susan (Phil) Wemmer, Joanne Rose; stepson Sidney Reek; along with other relatives and friends.

A Graveside Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 10, at 11 a.m. at Northland Lutheran Cemetery, N9880 State Highway 49, in the Town of Harrison, Waupaca County, Wisconsin.
