Lola Joyce Beyersdorf
September 2, 1939 – June 4, 2022

Lola Joyce Beyersdorf age 82 of Manawa, Wisconsin, formerly of Iola, Wisconsin, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022, at ThedaCare Medical Center in Waupaca, Wisconsin, surrounded by her family.
She was born on Sept. 2, 1939, in the town of Union, Waupaca County, Wisconsin, to the late Leo and Erna (Ernst) Wohlrabe.
She married Martin “Booty” Beyersdorf on April 7, 1956. He preceded her in death on July 4, 1987.
Lola enjoyed quilting, sewing, gardening, cooking and baking and spending time with her grandchildren. She attended St. Mark Lutheran Church in Symco. Lola farmed with “Booty” in the Town of Wyoming, Waupaca County, for several years and worked at the Iola Nursing Home in Housekeeping. She also worked at Zwicker’s, Sturm’s and Signature Press.
She is survived by her children: Lynette Cloward, Lonna (Robert) Kressler, Bryan (Sarah) Beyersdorf, Hope (Loran Schultz) Peotter and Heidi (Chris Gray) Beyersdorf; 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters Norma Sutton and Jean Much. She was preceded in death by her siblings Elaine, Elna, Melvin “Bud”, and Kenny; great-grandson Martin Hardwick Beyersdorf; and companion Doug Kent.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 11, at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Symco, Wisconsin, with Rev. Jeffrey Smiles officiating. Visitation will be at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola on Friday, June 10, from 4-8 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 10-10:45 a.m. Interment will be in the Big Falls Cemetery in the Town of Wyoming. Everyone is invited to join the family for a Celebration of Life at the Big Falls Village Hall following the graveside service.
