Local governments have specific office hours or are available by appointment during which Wisconsin absentee ballots may be dropped off at the municipal office.
Village of Iola
Anyone from the Village of Iola that received an absentee ballot in the mail from the Village of Iola, and they do not wish to mail them back through the postal system, they can drop them off at the Clerk’s office Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or at the Iola Library 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Dates & Hours (no appointments needed): Oct. 20, 22, 27, 29, hours 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Oct. 21, 23, 26, 28, 30, hours 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Appointments needed for: Oct. 24, Oct. 31, and Nov. 1, hours available 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Please call the clerk’s office at 715-445-2913 to schedule a time.
Village of Scandinavia
You may request and vote an absentee ballot in the clerk’s office or other specified location by calling for appointment for casting an absentee ballot or dropping off a completed absentee ballot in person. Town of Scandinavia
Town of Scandinavia has locked drop box at the Iola Village Clerk’s office until 4 p.m. until Oct. 30. It is checked daily. After that, Town of Scandinavia voters can drop their absentee ballot off at our polling location from 7 a.m.-8 p.m. on election day.
