Liselotte Webb

September 6, 19336 – October 7, 2025

Liselotte “LiLo” Webb, 89, of Scandinavia, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025.

She was born on Sept. 6, 1936, in Germany to Johannes and Eleanora (Walicht) Funke. Liselotte married Lawrence Webb in 1959 in Berlin Germany. He preceded her in death on Aug. 1, 2017.

While living in Germany, “Lilo” was a baker and a Hotelier. After coming to the United States, she worked as a CNA at the former Pine Ridge Manor in Waupaca, Wisconsin, and also worked in home health care. Her hobbies included cooking, knitting, shopping, loving her canine companions and solving jigsaw puzzles. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Liselotte is survived by her daughter, Caroline (Bill) Zempel. Grandchildren, Eric (Melissa) Zeinert, Katrina (Danny) Herrera, Desiree (Kahli) Hoffman, and Weston Zempel; great-grandchildren, Jayden, Trenton, Atianna, Jaysa, Gia, Chloe, Damien, Lilo, and Dominic; and  special friends, Susan Barlow and Lupe Carper.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Webb; father, Johannes Funke; mother, Eleanora Funke; brother, Uve Funke; brothers-in-law, Charles Webb and Steve Webb; and sister-in-law, Helen Hawley
A private family graveside service will be held at the Scandinavia Lutheran Cemetery with the Rev. David Eisele officiating.
