IPD to get $7k state investment grant

The State of Wisconsin is investing $50 million in law enforcement agencies, it was announced on Tuesday, March 15.

The Village of Iola Police Department will receive a $7000 grant.

In addition, $16 million will help alleviate the criminal case backlog through additional public defender and assistant district attorney support.

Waupaca County agencies are receiving grants as depicted in the accompanying chart.
