According to Chad Leistikow of the Des Moines Register, former Iowa linebacker Kristian Welch has agreed to a deal with the Baltimore Ravens.

Welch recorded 44 tackles, three sacks, and forced one fumble as a senior for the Hawkeyes. Welch will join former Iowa safety Geno Stone in Baltimore. Stone was drafted by the Ravens in the seventh round.
