Updated Employee Handbook: The board will review and potentially approve updates to the Village of Iola Employee Handbook, reflecting revisions aimed at modernizing policies and aligning with current labor standards.

Building Code Revisions: Resolutions 2024-11 and 2024-12 will be discussed. These proposals include updates to Ordinance Chapter 97, addressing local building code changes and their associated addendums.

Variance for Residential Construction: A variance request for the construction of a 20’ x 25’ x 8’ carport at 255 Hill Street will be evaluated for approval, allowing modifications to standard zoning requirements.

Early Allocation of 2025 Funds: Public Works will seek early approval for the allocation of 2025 funds for a loader-mounted snowblower, emphasizing the village’s proactive approach to managing winter operations.
