The Village of Iola Board will meet at 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 11, in the Iola Community Center’s Senior Room.

Agenda

1) Call to Order and Open Meeting Statement by President

2) Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance

3) Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting,

4) General Board Business

A. Consideration of approval of operator’s license for Brooke Sperberg, JD’s Corner Bar

B. Consideration of Amending Resolution 2019-01, Section 4 (4) “No ATV/UTV may be operated on any designated route between the hours of 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily”

C. Review of Waupaca County Humane Society contract for Animal Control

D. Consider a Resolution to reaffirm the discontinuance of a portion of Summit Street which was originally adopted at a Board meeting held on November 16, 2020. The reason for the reaffirmation is that the original Resolution was not recorded with the Waupaca County Register of Deeds and it should be recorded in order to provide public notice of the action.

E. Consider adoption of Waupaca County plan for breakdown for Ward Boundaries in the Village of Iola

9) Closed Session: Adjourn into closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Following completion of the closed session the regular meeting adjourns.
