Consideration of raising park fees from $25 for a Village Resident to $50.  Non-Village Resident $50 to $75.  Fees plus a $25 refundable deposit.

Consideration of Resolution to Declare August 6th, 2022, American Legion Sheveland Taylor Post 14 Day in the Village of Iola.

Public Property and Streets: (a) Update regarding clerk’s office move & chamber – Clerks’ office has moved, Chamber Office is being worked on, tentative move in date for I-S Chamber is Aug. 1. (b) Update condemnation of properties in the village (legal counsel) – (1) Update on meeting with Knuettle family. (2) Update letter DeSautels Properties: Building Permit has been acquired by Ms. DeSautels for renovations.

Public presentation to/or discuss with the Board: Iola Fire Department and Scandinavia Fire Department are asking for a donation towards fire safety materials.

Closed Session (If needed): Adjourn into closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Following completion of the closed session the regular meeting adjourns. Adjournment
