(3) Consideration of raising the Town of Iola rent at the Depot Street Office from $250 to ?.

Public Property and Streets – (1) Applications for home run businesses. (2) Update condemnation of properties in the village (legal counsel): Update on meeting with Knuettle family, Update letter DeSautels Properties (lawyer), Update on Christianson property. (3) Update on consideration of bids for village wide garbage pickup. Talked with both Harter’s and Graichen week of Aug. 1, both companies are

going to be sending quotes with tiers 1-150 containers, 151-300, since the Village cannot provide the minimum amount, they were requesting. Once quotes are received board will review.
