A public hearing will be held by the Ordinance Variance Committee of the Village of Iola on Monday, May 24, at 5:30 p.m. at the Iola Community Center, 180 South Main Street, to hear the following application for a grant of variance from the provisions of the Village of Iola Zoning ordinance:

Curt Nassen requests a variance to allow construction of a 26×36-foot modular home on a cement slab located on Sunset Drive, Parcel 26 35 79 16. A 75-foot setback from the waterline is required, Mr. Nassen is asking for a 50-foot setback from the waterline and an additional 4-foot setback on the southside of the property.
