The Iola Historical Society will meet on Monday, Aug. 29, in the Machine Shed at 222 Depot Street, Iola.

The business meeting will start at 5:30 p.m. and the membership meeting at 6:30 p.m. The focus of business will be about the Taste of Norway.

At 7 p.m., there will be a visit to the historic Iola Creamery, which is within walking distance of the IHS campus. The tour will be conducted by Mark McCoy, the new owner. Bring and share your personal remembrances.
