The Iola Historical Society will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 31, in the Machine Shed on the society’s campus on Depot Street.

The board will meet at 5:50 p.m. followed by a membership meeting at 6:30 p.m.

At 7 p.m., Dr. James Maus will share his fondest recollections and memories of a career spent in service to our community as Iola-Scandinavia’s dentist. Refreshments will be served in connection with Dr. Maus’ appearance.
